🌙 COMMUNITY GUIDELINES — WitchVoices LLC

A respectful, spiritually diverse community requires clear expectations. These guidelines define what is welcome on WitchVoices and what is not.

1. Purpose of WitchVoices WitchVoices is a community for: • Spiritual exploration • Witchcraft and metaphysical discussion • Sharing knowledge, experiences, and practices • Supporting one another respectfully • Posting articles, tutorials, and creative content We welcome many paths, traditions, and belief systems. Diversity is a strength.

2. Core Principles All users agree to uphold the following values: 2.1 Respect Treat others with dignity, even when you disagree. 2.2 Safety Do not endanger others or yourself. 2.3 Privacy Do not share personal information — yours or anyone else’s. 2.4 Consent Do not pressure, coerce, or manipulate others. 2.5 Integrity Share truthful, original content and credit sources when appropriate.

3. Allowed Content WitchVoices welcomes: • Articles, posts, and discussions about spirituality, witchcraft, and metaphysics • Tutorials, guides, and personal experiences • Questions, debates, and respectful disagreements • Creative works (art, writing, audio, etc.) • Local shop listings and community resources • Livestreams, videos, and external content links (as long as they follow the rules)

4. Prohibited Content The following are not allowed anywhere on WitchVoices: 4.1 Harassment or Abuse • Insults, threats, or targeted attacks • Bullying or shaming • Hate speech or slurs 4.2 Illegal or Dangerous Activity • Illegal substances • Criminal activity • Instructions for harm • Threats of violence 4.3 Personal Information Do not post: • Real names • Addresses • Phone numbers • Photos of others without consent • Any identifying information 4.4 Sexual Content Involving Minors Zero tolerance. Immediate ban. 4.5 Spam or Scams • Repetitive posting • Fake offers • Misleading claims • Pyramid schemes • Bots 4.6 Medical, Legal, or Financial Claims You may share personal experiences, but you may not present yourself as a professional or give professional advice. 4.7 Plagiarism Do not copy others’ work without permission.

5. Content Areas and Moderation Levels 5.1 Official Articles (Moderated) Articles submitted to the main site are reviewed by moderators before publication. Moderators may: • Approve • Request edits • Decline 5.2 Community Posts (Unmoderated Until Reported) User posts appear immediately. Moderators may intervene if: • Content violates guidelines • Users report the post • Safety concerns arise 5.3 Groups Group moderators may set additional rules as long as they do not conflict with these guidelines.

6. User Behavior Expectations 6.1 Be Kind Disagreement is fine. Disrespect is not. 6.2 Stay on Topic Keep discussions relevant to the group or thread. 6.3 No Gatekeeping Spirituality is personal. Do not belittle others’ paths. 6.4 No Manipulation Do not exploit vulnerable users or claim supernatural authority over others. 6.5 No Deceptive Practices Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

7. Reporting and Enforcement 7.1 Reporting Users can report: • Posts • Comments • Messages • Accounts Reports are reviewed by moderators. 7.2 Enforcement Actions Depending on severity, moderators may: • Remove content • Issue warnings • Restrict posting • Temporarily suspend accounts • Permanently ban accounts 7.3 Appeals Users may request a review of a moderation action. Decisions after review are final.

8. Marketplace Guidelines Local shop listings must be: • Honest • Accurate • Non exploitative • Free of misleading claims No user to user sales are allowed.

9. External Links You may share external content (YouTube, TikTok, blogs, etc.) as long as it: • Follows these guidelines • Is not spam • Does not contain harmful or illegal material

10. Children’s Safety WitchVoices is for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly allow accounts for children under 13. If we learn a user is under 13, the account will be removed.

11. Final Notes These guidelines exist to protect the community and maintain a welcoming environment. WitchVoices reserves the right to update these guidelines as needed.
