📜 TERMS OF SERVICE — WitchVoices LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using WitchVoices (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. WitchVoices is operated by WitchVoices LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). You represent that: • You are at least 13 years old • You will comply with all applicable laws • You will not use the Platform for prohibited conduct

2. Eligibility WitchVoices is a general audience platform intended for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or submit content. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will delete it.

3. Accounts and Anonymity Most features of WitchVoices can be used without an account. To post, join groups, message users, or submit articles, you must create an account using: • A pseudonym • An email address • A ZIP code You agree not to: • Impersonate others • Use real names of other individuals • Create accounts for anyone under 13 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. User Generated Content “Content” includes text, audio, video, images, articles, comments, and any other material you submit. 4.1 You retain ownership You keep full copyright to your content. 4.2 You grant WitchVoices a license By posting content, you grant WitchVoices LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free license to: • Store • Display • Distribute • Reproduce • Modify (formatting only) • Promote • Archive This license continues even if you delete your account. This allows: • Tutorials on YouTube • Livestreams • Cross posting • Long term hosting of your content on WitchVoices 4.3 You represent that your content: • Is your own or you have rights to use it • Does not violate any laws • Does not infringe on others’ rights

5. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to: • Harass, threaten, or abuse others • Post illegal content • Post personal information of others • Attempt to collect personal data from users • Interfere with the Platform’s operation • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools • Upload malware or harmful code

6. Moderation and Enforcement WitchVoices uses a hybrid moderation model: 6.1 Editorial moderation Official articles and featured content are reviewed and approved by moderators. 6.2 Community posts User posts appear immediately and may be moderated reactively (after reports or review). 6.3 Moderation rights We may, at our discretion: • Remove content • Issue warnings • Restrict features • Suspend accounts • Permanently ban users 6.4 No liability for user content WitchVoices is not responsible for content posted by users.

7. Marketplace and Commerce WitchVoices may offer: • Listings for local metaphysical shops • Discount codes • WitchVoices branded merchandise WitchVoices does not operate a user to user marketplace. Payments (e.g., donations or merch purchases) are processed by third party providers such as PayPal. We do not store payment card information.

8. Intellectual Property All WitchVoices branding, logos, design, and site content (excluding user content) are owned by WitchVoices LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse our branding without permission.

9. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for: • Violating these Terms • Creating safety risks • Abusing the Platform • Legal compliance reasons You may delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers WitchVoices provides spiritual, metaphysical, and community content for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not provide: • Medical advice • Legal advice • Financial advice • Professional counseling Use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law: • WitchVoices is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Platform • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free service • We are not responsible for user interactions or disputes

12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WitchVoices LLC from claims arising out of: • Your content • Your use of the Platform • Your violation of these Terms

13. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
