🛡️ DMCA POLICY — WitchVoices LLC

Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance Policy WitchVoices respects the intellectual property rights of creators and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). This policy explains how copyright owners can report infringement and how WitchVoices responds.

1. Introduction WitchVoices LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) hosts user generated content. We do not review all content before it is posted. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on WitchVoices without permission, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. We will respond to valid notices in accordance with U.S. copyright law.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe content on WitchVoices infringes your rights, your notice must include: 1. Your full legal name 2. Your contact information (email address required) 3. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed 4. Identification of the infringing material on WitchVoices (URL or direct link) 5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized 6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate 7. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf 8. Your physical or electronic signature Notices that do not include all required elements may be rejected.

3. How to Submit a DMCA Notice Send your DMCA notice to: WitchVoices LLC — DMCA Agent (Email address to be added) We accept notices via email only.

4. What Happens After You Submit a Notice Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, WitchVoices will: 1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content 2. Notify the user who posted the content 3. Provide the user with a copy of the notice 4. Allow the user to submit a counter notification if they believe the removal was in error We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

5. Counter Notification Procedure If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification. Your counter notification must include: 1. Your full legal name 2. Your contact information 3. Identification of the content that was removed 4. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification 5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in your state 6. Your physical or electronic signature Send counter notifications to the same DMCA Agent listed above.

6. What Happens After a Counter Notification If we receive a valid counter notification, we will: • Forward it to the original complainant • Restore the content after 10 business days, unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action to prevent restoration WitchVoices is not involved in legal disputes between users and copyright owners.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy WitchVoices may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. We determine “repeat infringement” at our discretion, considering: • Number of valid DMCA notices • Severity of violations • Intentional or malicious behavior

8. Misuse of the DMCA Submitting false or fraudulent DMCA notices or counter notices may result in: • Account suspension • Legal liability • Civil penalties Use the DMCA process responsibly.
